Sewing this little tag blankie was an entertaining project with quick gratification. As a beginner just finishing my first machine sewing project, I’m learning that it isn’t as complicated as I thought I would be. And I’m having fun!
My baby daughter loves playing with and chewing on the tags on blankets and toys, so I decided to make her a little tag blanket. I used this online tutorial from Project Nursery as a guide. What better reason to get a little extra crafty than having an adorable kid you want to make stuff for?
The little one loves it – she sleeps with it every night. It’s about one square foot: perfectly sized for little hands and snuggles. I’ll be keeping this on my list of things to make for other babies in the future. What a great baby shower gift!
